What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or 'Create Your Own' products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern products, including the Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler, are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the bottom of your specific bottle for care instructions to maintain its finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
Yes, we stand by our products with a Built for Lifeâ„¢ lifetime warranty. This covers manufacturing defects such as thermal performance issues or leaking, provided the product was used according to instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming.
